The manager of the place was very helpful and friendly. When we arrived we have asked a baby cot and get it for free.The room was clean and we had two terraces.We had eveything that we want. Place is very quiet and worth to stay with your family. It is good that they have a garage so we could park freely. One thing that I will offer to get a washing masheen.

The house was very clean, with a beautiful design and a great view of the mountains. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The staff was responsive and attentive. We are very satisfied and will definitely return! A big thank you!

The property is pristine and has been decorated and fitted to a high standard throughout with little luxurious touches . The beds were very comfortable too. My daughter loved the stairs which have light sensors as you walk up and down them . Netflix, and Disney plus are installed on the tv’s in the property too which is a bonus for relaxing after a long day exploring. We met the owner , who is kind and very helpful. Only a phone call away . Everything is walking distance ( the Main town and street are 10 minutes walk). You can easily walk to buses if you want to go further, maybe to the thermal spa, which is about 30 mins away on the bus . Although everything is close by - This beautiful property is in a quiet location! This was an important factor to us when booking somewhere to stay. !We got a taxi from the bus station which is 5 mins . ( We don’t travel light )There is a big supermarket 7 mins walk . Outdoor Ice skating rink ( possibly only in the winter) 6 mins. Honestly this accommodation is in a great location. We would absolutely recommend saying at Royal House to anyone ! Thank you for having us ! We will definitely come again 😊

New homes, very friendly hosts! Best price/value ratio i’ve seen in Zakopane. The best option for e.g. 3 couples who have 2 kids, family of 8 etc. If you are booking the whole chalet you get 2 leisure zones/kitchens/living rooms (call it whatever you like) + 3 separate rooms with queen beds (each with own tv etc) + one room/attick with two single beds - but if needed, you can put them together and you’ll have another double bed - but not the best room if the whole group is 1.80 tall (as mentioned before - best for someone shorter/kids)

The house was very clean, smelled good and is high quality. The SPA area was great. We sat in the sauna and jacuzzi enjoying the beautiful view of the Tatras. I regret that we stayed for only 2 nights.

Really nice house with one neighbour house but you still have a lot of privacy. Definitely recomend! Near a house is a good restaurant and a lot of walks into forrest. The owner is really great and in case of everything he helps you immidiatelly!

Amazing stay! Very close to ski resort, friendly and welcoming people. Breakfast is very worth to take! We had everyday something different and it was more than we needed, also owner change our meat reference after request - I'm very thankful for it.
