The staff were nice and friendly, when called upon they delivered extra towels, cutlery and coffee/sugar sachets. The location is excellent, close to shops, casinos and even has a free shuttle service to Mall of Asia.

The staff was very accommodating and assisted us with our arrival. The street was under construction, but they provided a shuttle service to transport us and our luggage, even just a few meters from the main street. All the staff was very friendly and helpful despite some of them not understanding very well some requests. The room was very comfortable and clean, and it even offered Netflix. The garden was lovely.

Shuttle worked perfect It's a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. But they had done their utmost to make it a plesant short stay. So for one or two nights it's highly recommended.

The shuttle service is good. You get 1 free shuttle and then any extra are charged. Check prices as I know grab was cheaper than travelling to terminal 4 using the shuttle.

Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were held up at the airport and got to the hotel late so didn’t get to enjoy the facilities much however they all looked great. The breakfast buffet was good. Free shuttle to the airport was fantastic.
