Went well: - service as always; prompt at all times; showed willingness to help and assist - mini souvenir shop for last minute purchases - ambience of the lobby/dining (instagram-worthy) - newly renovated staircase decor (again for the 'gram) :) - mirrors in the staircase and common areas :) - minimal fee for late check out - assistance they extended to book my airport drop off shuttle for Php150.00 :)

Very decent room,. Clean and what I like about it is the heater and the cabinet. Very accommodating staff. Very happy cause i was able to have some documents printed in the reception area. The receptionist was very helpful. The location is one ride away to prc. Easy to locate as well. Thank you.
