The staff refreshed our room every day and even did our dishes, which I was NOT expecting. It felt very above and beyond to me. I was out of cell phone service most of the day we were meant to arrive and missed the notification for late check-in instructions. Luckily, they were very responsive and accommodating through the Booking.com messaging, even though it was an hour after reception had closed!
