You can prepare a meal in the alfresco shared kitchen/dining area, which is located in the centre of the property. Linen is supplied to all units. Beautiful, quiet, private. Just what we needed, a get away from Auckland hustle and bustle. The shared kitchen facilities were immaculate and the rooms were cosy but spacious. Nice large bathroom and big shower. The beds were SO comfy and the linens were nice and soft. I cannot fault anything about my stay here.

Wairua Lodge is a 15-minute drive from Whitianga and a 30-minute drive from Hotwater Beach. Cathedral Cove is a 35-minute drive and Auckland International Airport is a 2.5 hour drive away. Everything was perfect. We loved the kindness of the owners. The flat is gorgeous and well equiped with great quality fourniture. You will always find everything you need. The rooms are huge and the wiew from the windows is stunning. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of homemade products (honey, eggs, bread). There is paths on the property build by the owners to visit the forest. Cherry on the cake, the outdoor bathtub is amazing ! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! 🥰

Lucy and Paddy are the best hosts anyone can ever wish for, they were extremely kind to us, even showed us around their amazing farm. The house has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, and it's located in a peaceful and beautiful environment. We definitely recommend it, and hope to come back some day. Kitchenware is also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the bed and breakfast, the units include bed linen and towels. Loved our terrace overlooking the gardens. Our room was spotless, and comfortable, with everything you might need. There was a very peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Hosts recommended a great restaurant in town, walked in via the shortcut, and the owner's daughter drove us home! Such a gorgeous place, felt rested after our visit.
