Very relaxing environment, nice garden and incredible view. Staff members are very nice and helpfull. Amenities are made with taste, cob houses, and nice paintings, good energie has been put into it. Location is great, away enough from the main road to be absolutly quiet and close enough to the lake. Waterfalls are not far either.

Breakfast was made fresh every day and was delicious, super friendly and helpful staff, awesome views, & comfy bed. Tim and his family were so lovely and made my stay super comfortable, providing tips for outings, contacts for rentals, and great recommendations overall. My first week stay I was traveling alone and always felt safe and secure.

Incredible boutique hotel nested near Playa Santana! Loved the quiet and piece around it, the incredible taste in furnishing and decor and the common/chill/yoga area. There is also a kitchen available for guests if you feel like cooking, which was a great idea from time to time. Claire and Sasha were the best hosts ever. They even organized a pick up for my bag that got lost and delivered to the airport a day after I arrived. Looking forward to go back

We loved eating meals out on the deck overlooking the garden. Comfortable and relaxing stay. Great AC and wifi. Fully stocked kitchen. Great jumping off point for adventures and close to some great restaurants.

After being stuck in the passport line for 3.5 hours, we arrived much later than expected, but the hotel prepared a hot meal for us when we let them know. The next morning, we enjoyed a tour of the property. We would gladly return if we are in the area again.

The view of Concepcion is so nice to wake up to in the morning and the energy here is so relaxed and comfortable. The dry toilets were cleaned everyday, the shower is nice. The grounds are well-kept. Location is great. Friendly and helpful staff - come prepared to speak Spanish!

He arranged a volcano guide and we ordered packed lunches which were perfect at the top of a long hike . It was really useful that we could rent Maykal’s scooter as we had taken a taxi from the port. With large backpacks renting motos at the port would not have been fesible for us. Having independent ( not taxi) transport is, I think important to have a relaxed tour of this beautiful island . The roads are quiet and generally very low speed so biking is easy and the main way people get around. We had a wonderful , large room and big bathroom with a shower. There was a terrace where we sat peacefully in the evenings watching and listening to monkeys and enjoying the sunset. The food is all cooked to ordered. We had excellent breakfasts and we ate in 2 out of 4 evenings. They ask that you order your meal in advance so it can be freshly prepared. We were really happy with the location. Close to a lake beach, but close using the moto to the best sandy beaches- Playa Mango and San Domingo. The WiFi was excellent . We were so pleased we chose The Jungle and highly recommend it.
