We loved the butterflies in front of our cabin and we liked all the greenery. The kitchen was perfect and I loved having two lounge areas (eating and sitting). Staff was very friendly!

The view from your room is incredible! My partner and I loved this place and would definitely return.

The location is literally in the middle of the jungle but has in my opinion one of the best views of Ometepe island. It’s a bit out the way so you need a scooter or quad to get up and down to Balgue but I just organised two day tours and they picked me up directly and took me from there. The food is great and I ate there all three nights and the cocktails and drinks are brilliant. The staff were super helpful and accommodating and helped book me taxis from and to the ferry. Would highly recommend for a few nights in Ometepe.

We had an amazing stay here and it was really hard to leave. Hector is an extremely kind host, and the food right across the street is incredible. We stayed in July and Playa Santa Cruz was really quiet and a great place to be.
