The little house was very clean and appointed. A good amount of privacy and the private soaking pool was excellent. Screens and AC but no bugs for us anyway. Quiet area very close to center of town with places to eat and beach toys to rent. No neighborhood barking dogs. A restaurant called La Carrera very close by was easily the best place we went to on the whole trip. We went 3 times. As a spoiled American that is picky about food, it would be a go to even at home in the US. Good cellular service.

It is only about 800m down to the coastline but the accommodations were in the beautiful jungle. The pool is such a fantastic facility. It was clean and may chairs are in the shade. The outside living on the covered patio was lovely. The kitchen was very well stocked and the appliances new. Xavier was very approachable and very proud of the property as he and Anne should be. And….there were no mosquitoes (mid-December)
