Our stay here was nothing short of magical. We arrived to find the little katuns cozy and welcoming, with a crackling fire already prepared to keep us warm — such a simple but deeply thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel at home. The whole place felt like a winter dream: snow-covered hills all around, breathtaking views in every direction, and the peaceful feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by untouched nature. What made it unforgettable, though, was Jelena. She is, without a doubt, the best host we have ever met. Kind, warm, and always ready to help, she went far beyond what we could have ever expected to make our stay perfect. Her cooking was amazing — every meal tasted like it was prepared with genuine care and love. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both so cared for and so connected to nature. We had all of that here, and it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.

Even when the outside temperature was really low, it was warm in the house. The hosts were very hospitable, e.g. in terms of organising a heater and providing general information. The location is very close to the train station, and within a 15 min walk, you can get everything you need (ATM, restaurant, supermarkets)
