Even before our stay, Janith and Manisha went above and beyond to make our trip to Sri Lanka enjoyable. The drive we had originally booked cancelled last minute, and they were able to quickly arrange transport for us from Colombo to the resort and even for the subsequent week of our trip. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, both the structures and the surrounding areas, which includes a path to a waterfall and gorgeous views of the rainforest. We ate each meal here and loved every single bite - the coconut sambal was some of the best in the world. For those with smaller stomachs, the portions are huge so it’s best to split a plate so as to avoid food waste. We originally booked the triple room with a view but when we saw the Superior Family Room, we immediately upgrades because it’s essentially a glass treehouse immersed in the jungle. We also booked a jungle tour through the resort and our guide Kumar took us on an incredible all day journey through a tea plantation to a rainforest, where we explored waterfalls and learned about the local flora. We are traveling through Sri Lanka for a few weeks and really this has been one of the highlights of our trip because of beautiful location, delicious food, the wonderful memories made on the jungle tour, and most importantly the compassion and kindness that were shown to us at every minute by Janith and Manisha. We cannot recommend this place enough.

The Location was great and so close to the entrance of Sinharaja rain forest 🌳 The room were clean and had a nice view to the mountains and paddy fields . Specially the food was amazing 🤩 and the mother of the owner was so kind and good person she made me feel like That I stayed in my home with my mother ❤️🙏🏻 as well as she cooks yummy Sri Lankan food that you can try in this place ! I’m definitely gonna stay here again 💯 highly recommend this place

There was a shared kitchen which had all the basic cooking utensils. Breakfast was delicious and varied day to day, including a hot breakfast and fruits. The lodge is across the road from a very nice swimming bay and is also a short distance from surf spots and trendy cafes. Excellent hosts. Good value for money.

At the chalet complex, every unit includes a desk. With a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hair dryer, units at the chalet complex also offer free WiFi. Guests can enjoy a meal at an outdoor dining area at the chalet. It’s really beautiful, unique and comfortable. I even saw peacocks walking around the tree house. The open shower is amazing and offers tree view.

Located in Mirissa South, Sira’s Chalets is 82 km from Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport. Everything! Location on the first line. Hosts are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Room is cleaned by your request at any time. Even transfer to airport was organized by our hosts.

For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. The location was perfect—just a five-minute walk to the beach, yet backing onto the jungle, which made it beautifully peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved spending time on the balcony watching and listening to the resident wildlife. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Very spacious, good kitchen facilities and excellent location - walking distance to both Dikwella and Hiriketiya beaches. The hosts were really helpful in organising the Wifi required to work remotely

There is also a kitchen in some of the units equipped with a fridge, a minibar, and a stovetop. our absolute favorite stay in sri lanka! we kept extending it because oh we loved it so much. 1. the place is ideally located between dickwella and hiriketiya. close to the main road but far enough to be quiet! (important for us) 2. the room is extremely clean and well-thought out. very beautifully decorated with so much love and attention to detail. we had everything needed and couldn’t ask for more really. having our own kitchen was a huge plus and you can also do your laundry here. 3. the host Dasitha is one of the nicest (if not the nicest) person we’ve ever met. he was so patient and humble and truly cared about our experience…! very welcoming and friendly. great communication too. made our stay so special. helped us a lot in all possible aspects of our travel. feeling very grateful we decided to stay there and meet him. 4. the space: there’s a quiet outdoor area with sunbeds. we loved it! 5. unbeatable value for the price.! we couldn’t wish for a better accommodation! can’t recommend enough and look forward to coming back. thank you so much Dasitha!
