Location was amazing, very close to the gate entrance of sinharaja rain forest. A beautiful waterfall 2 min from the room. The rooms are great hearing the sound of the waterfall, Manisha makes the best food. Highly recommended for people who like to be close to nature, seeking for adventures or just chill in serene environment.

Planned on staying for a night at first and ended up staying for almost 3 weeks! Really clean and comfortable rooms with fan& AC, perfectly located, quiet area, and one minute from the beach. The hosts were the kindest and made me feel like home! Had homemade breakfast (everyday it was something else) every morning on the porch with a fruit platter, always delicious and healthy! Stayed alone and with a friend, also perfect for couples and anyone looking for an amazing homestay near Midigama& Ahangama.

New place to stay, everything inside is new. There was a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle (with sugar, tea, coffee), blender, gas stove, a full set of dishes, hair dryer, and even an iron with ironing board. Very good lighting. The apartment is spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. There’s a water heater in the shower. Lots of windows — on one side you see the road, on the other side greenery (feels like you're living in the jungle). It was quiet, even though it's near the road. There is parking. Cafes and shops are nearby. Hiriketiya Beach is 1 km away (about a 10-minute walk). P.S. If you stay in this apartment, please keep it clean and tidy. There’s not much good housing in Sri Lanka, and other people will come after you. As a suggestion to the owners. To make your place even better, please add shower gel and shampoo 😀

Best value for money so far in Sri Lanka. Great location by the river. We saw some tree snakes, peacocks and chipmunks. Nice balcony to chill on with breakfast. Air con was perfect and adjustable. Nice towels.

This place is simply amazing. The rooms are bright, beautifully designed, full of natural materials, and surrounded by wonderful greenery. Everything is perfectly clean, and the whole property feels like a little corner of magic. I really felt welcome and at home, while everything was extremely professional and well thought out. The balance between having your own private, gorgeous room and the shared spaces like the kitchen and courtyard is perfect. It gives you both privacy and the option to meet people and enjoy some company. The place is run by a wonderful family who are genuinely kind and caring. They checked in to see how I was, asked if there was anything they could help with, and offered help with anything beyond just the stay, they truly wanted me to enjoy my time there. The location is perfect, very close to everything and the beach. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s absolutely one of the most beautiful, stylish, and special places I’ve ever stayed, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

our absolute favorite stay in sri lanka! we kept extending it because oh we loved it so much. 1. the place is ideally located between dickwella and hiriketiya. close to the main road but far enough to be quiet! (important for us) 2. the room is extremely clean and well-thought out. very beautifully decorated with so much love and attention to detail. we had everything needed and couldn’t ask for more really. having our own kitchen was a huge plus and you can also do your laundry here. 3. the host Dasitha is one of the nicest (if not the nicest) person we’ve ever met. he was so patient and humble and truly cared about our experience…! very welcoming and friendly. great communication too. made our stay so special. helped us a lot in all possible aspects of our travel. feeling very grateful we decided to stay there and meet him. 4. the space: there’s a quiet outdoor area with sunbeds. we loved it! 5. unbeatable value for the price.! we couldn’t wish for a better accommodation! can’t recommend enough and look forward to coming back. thank you so much Dasitha!
