Location was also fine, we were able to walk and get a tuktuk at one night otherdays we had car. Steps are also not much, elders can also manage.

We had a motorbike so getting up the steep road was no problem. Room was very spacious and had lots of areas to chill inside and outside. The view was also spectacular and host was very friendly

We stayed 1 night at the cloud, the views were absolutely amazing inside the room and outside of the room. The owner was very attentive even before we arrived at the cloud, really spent his time engaging with you about the surroundings, the resort and the spices and tea in the area. He couldn’t have done enough for you. Always at the end of the phone and even when we had left he wanted to know if we had reached our next destination safely due to the weather conditions and still was available if we needed anything. We had dinner in the room which was a traditional Sri Lankan dinner which was very yummy. We had a little family of lizards in the room which was equally lovely to hear them, could see bats flying outside catching the flies which was nice to watch. In the morning we were greeted by a gang of monkeys which was funny to watch and get some great pictures as they come up to the windows.

The family was incredibly warm and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was clear that they value people more than money, which made the experience feel so genuine and heartfelt. The breakfast was also really delicious and freshly prepared. It is so beautiful decorated, comfortable, spotlessly clean, the most perfect beds! And the views were so amazing as well as the calmness of the whole place after a busy day in Kandy. Punya and Ravi made this stay even more perfect, they are amazing hosts! Punya was so kind and helpful, she made everything went so smoothly. Ravi was the most attentive host, always took care that we have everything that we might (we enjoyed when he waited us in the evening with a cup off tea and coffee). He really went out of his way to make us feel so welcome and comfortable, Ravi also made perfect Sri Lankan breakfast every morning, so delicious, filling and something different every day. Breakfast was so good, I didn't eat lunch. I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone that's looking for a relaxing time surrounded by nature.

The air-conditioned chalet consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a hair dryer, a seating area, and a living room. Towels and bed linen are provided in the chalet. The property has an outdoor dining area. Our recent stay here was truly one of the best experiencs we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible hospitality and the stunning location. The owner, Mr. Ajith, has created a beautifull and unique space that feels both relaxing and welcoming. A special thank to Mr. Herath, who was incredibly freindly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight of our visit, however, was the food. It was absolutely delicious! …some of the best we've tasted in all of Sri Lanka. We loved the design of the property. We loved the cleanliness. We loved that almost everything was made out of wood, giving the space an attic feel. The a-frame structure is so incredible. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, offering a good view of the mountains. Our group of eight people was very comfortable, and there was enough space for everyone to relax and socialize. Another wonderful perk is that “Bellwood View Point” is very close to the property. A small note for future guests: the access roads are quite narrow and not well maintained. When two vehicles pass, there isn’t much room to pull over, so extra caution is needed when driving. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with exceptional service and a spectacular view.
