Offering a tranquil garden setting, Ololo Safari Lodge & Farm is nestled at the Mbagathi River bordering the famous Nairobi National Park. We absolutely loved our stay at Ololo. The Staff are amazing, so helpful and always on hand! Ololo is family run (special mention to Fred the family dog) so you feel like you’re really part of the group! The game drives are brilliant and led by very knowledgeable guides, we managed to see 4 of the big 5 in just a couple of days! The food is fantastic, brilliant portion sizes and all home made. We also visited the farm at the back of the property and it was great to see first-hand how Ololo is virtually self sustainable. Our room was so cosy and we even had monkeys playing outside our window most afternoons. We can’t wait to come back soon! HIGHLY recommend.

It is even better than the images. The linen is very clean and the bed very comfortable. The space is very neat, clean and comfortable. All the amenities available as listed. Most importantly the host, Liz, her family and her right hand lady Ednah are very hospitable. They made the stay memorable and convenient. She’ll even help with late night/ early morning transfers. Loved every bit of it! I look forward to my next stay there.

A few animals even wandered over near to the property! Safe and Secure! We had 3 huts for our family of 5 (2 were bedrooms with bathrooms, 1 for kitchen & dining). Chalo was extremely attentive in arranging all of our taxis/day drivers and ordering food for lunch and dinner. Definitely recommend!
