The property itself was wonderful, had everything we needed and felt like home. Our trip was focused on taking advantage of Aso's beautiful nature and the cottage's location allowed us to do this. It was also great to know that there was a large bath to use after the hike to soak our tired legs!

Also, we could make use of the private onsen during the evening and watched Jupiter and the moon in the observatory which was both very special. When there was snow during breakfast, the owner took care of us by checking the road conditions and help us deciding the route. Thank you very much for the truly wonderful and perfect stay. We enjoyed it very much.

Very cute cabin in the woods with great communication from property hosts to make sure all went smoothly. There was a fire already burning for us when we arrived.
