Would have been perfect if the lavenders were already in bloom. But it was too early for that. Anyway it was a quiet a peaceful retreat and we were well rested

Skiing is possible within the area and the lodge offers ski storage space. The breakfast was a nice mix and excellent value. Comfy lounge area. The location is amazing (cut through directly across the road to the ski run) very close to dinner/bar options and convenience stores. The owner/host, Miwa, is absolutely lovely, very welcoming and helpful. I took advantage of ski rental delivery. Very nice to have the small onsen. Stunning view of Mt Yōtei, if you’re lucky.

Just a 1-minute walk from Kita-no-Mine Gondola Station at Furano Ski Resort, Chalet Fuyuri offers apartment-style accommodations with a living room and kitchen. Free wired Wi-Fi is available and guests can sit on the spacious sofa and watch DVDs on the flat-screen TV. A free shuttle is available from JR Furano Train Station, which is a 10-minute drive away. Rooms well equiped, lovely place with nice view. We even see a fox walking past us. Staff is helpful and accomodating

A microwave, a fridge and stovetop are also featured, as well as a kettle. At the chalet complex, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The view from the house is seriously amazing! And I totally loved how they decorated the cabin – you can just tell the host family has great taste and personality. Plus, they gave us awesome tips on what to do and where to go around here. We had a wonder time here and can't wait to come back in winter time again :)
