Situated in Hiroshima, 1.3 km from Hiroshima Station, Chalet 広島 120square japanese one story house 13mins walk from 広島Station features recently renovated accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 2.5 km from Myoei-ji Temple. The property is non-smoking and is set 2.9 km from Chosho-in Temple. This is an amazing piece of property. To my taste, better than any hotel you could stay in. The main bedroom has two big comfy beds, one of which has a great view of the Hiroshima cityscape through sliding doors and large windows. (The other bed is offset from the opening, but you can still get the same view from the living room next to it, the sitting area in front of the beds, or the outdoor area.) There is also another large bedroom with more beds (and its own private toilet room), a toilet room and separate shower/bath room (very spacious shower), a kitchen, laundry room, dining room with TV, etc. Most of the rooms have individual air conditioners. Beautiful traditional Japanese style throughout. Everything clean. We were provided with plenty of amenities. We unfortunately only stayed one night but all I could think was that I want to live here. If I ever get rich, I will buy this place and keep it all for myself. There are several convenience stores within a short walking distance. I also walked to a very impressive mountainside cemetery with a superb view of the city. People with mobility issues should be aware that access here requires going up a large flight of stairs. If you find stairs challenging, take a taxi to the location so you have full energy for the stairs. I went up and down without issue but older people might find it difficult.

Staff were incredible. Food was amazing and staff were able to accommodate a food allergy without any issue. View from the Seaview room was stunning! Yukatas are provided and you can even wear them outside for a stroll which we loved. Free shuttle bus service to and from the port. Free coffee in the morning until 9.30am

We loved our stay at Miyajima Seaside Hotel! We were impressed by the shuttle service as well as their dedicated, helpful and attentive staff. The shuttle came to pick up our luggage from the ferry terminal info center so we could explore the island. Dinner and breakfast included were delicious, and our room with lovely sea view was very clean. It is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful location. We wish we could have stayed longer and see more of the beautiful island of Miyajima!

Hotel itself was very good - quiet location, spacious room and convenient beds. Beyond the amenities, it was raining when we checked out and the hotel provided free shuttle service to the ferry station. It was soo handy and nice!

The view from the room was amazing. The shuttle bus was a bonus. Kettle and cups were provided. Bed linens were changed each day. We had a family corner twin bed room with sea views and was very spacious. View from restaurant was fantastic.

super modern and clean hostel. the ladies dorm was spacious and even had with seats and a mini fridge. the bathroom is also part of the dorm. the beds are cool cabins with shutters for privacy. the staff are really helpful. if you don’t speak Japanese they can still communicate with a cool electronic translator. if you are doing the Shimanami Kaido and need to ship your luggage somewhere, the shop opposite can help you
