Guests at the lodge can enjoy a continental breakfast. We had an amazing time! The lodge is modern, super comfy, and Akira along with the whole team were fantastic. Even though we visited at the end of the season and were the only guests, they made sure we had everything we needed. Every morning, they prepared breakfast just for us, and we absolutely looooved every dish. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Can’t wait to come back!

Located in Hakuba, 12 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area, Hakuba Amber Resort by Jade Group offers accommodation with a hot tub. There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. The chalet provides mountain views, a barbecue, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The pictures don't do it justice. We were at the two bedroom house and the view, the furnishing and the decorations were breathtaking! Also there's 2.5 baths instead of 2 as advertised. The location is perfect - about 10 minute walk to the restaurants. However what really made our stay so memorable was the service team. They felt like family and were super responsive to every request on WhatsApp. From restaurant and onsen suggestions to helping us book tables. They sent their own car in a snow storm to rescue us from cortina when all taxis cancelled on us. Words can't describe our appreciation and thank you for making our annual family trip so perfect.

There is a private bathroom with bidet in every unit, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. Such a great place to stay at! Nice spacious room with comfortable beds, great common room to chill at night after a day on the slopes too. We really liked the freshly cooked breakfast every morning, simply delicious. A big thanks also for our host Mr. Chen for his wonderful hospitality, and a special thanks for driving back to the station to bring us the bag we forgot at the lodge, would not have made our train without him! Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone going to Hakuba.

Taka is an amazing host, he is very friendly and helpful - his wife cooks really good breakfast (vegetarian friendly). The Pension is closed to the free shuttle bus to go to the ski resort and there is a lot of restaurant/cafe around. The private Onsen is also a really good + ! I wish I could stay longer and will definitely come back

A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. Free WiFi is available at the entire property and guests can reserve a private open-air bath overlooking the forest. A free shuttle is available from JR Hakuba Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away and must be reserved at time of booking. Forest views are available from the 2nd floor of the accommodation. Love it. Super friendly hosts who helped us a lot, offered to pick us up, take us to hire gear at echoland (with discount at affiliated store), take us to deliver our luggage and send us to the station upon checking out. Booked restaurants for us too since we didn't have a local phone number. Thank you so much! Great accommodation, very cosy and nice atmosphere, vending machine inside, 2 onsen rooms (one of which has an outdoor onsen too, very nice in the snow) which can be used privately by booking each day. Drying room for ski gear is very convenient. Short walking distance (<5 min) to free local bus stop to goryu, happo, iwatake and also to echoland base camp for the hakuba valley shuttle. Buses only run a few each day and finish pretty early, best to not miss the last one as getting a taxi can be a pain! Breakfast needs to be booked by 10am from the previous day, but it's amazing, highly recommended.

We have a variety of beautiful and well appointed chalets, located in prime areas centered around the Happo ski resort in Hakuba. All quiet but convenient locations close to restaurants, ski slopes and shuttle bus stops. Forest or mountain views and plenty of fresh, clean mountain air! Fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, streaming channels and top quality mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep. The chalet was spacious, well-equipped, well-stocked & comfortable.

A 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, guests at Log Cottage Epoch can rent out an entire cottage. Each spacious cottage comes with free Wi-Fi and includes a kitchen and a living room. JR Hakuba Train Station is a 10-minute drive away. Amazing onsen! Toshi was incredible and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
