If you're lucky you have the bathroom for yourself. Although we had a rental car we stayed nearby the pension to avoid the load of tourists on e.g. the Magome- Tsumago trail. Kaida is a pretty village from where you can hike. The waterfalls trail loop on the way to mount Ontake is beautiful and tranquil as is the whole area around mount Ontake. It's easy to spend 4 days at Kaoru!

Mr Chen was a great host, communicated with us before arrival to make sure we could get to the lodge from the bus station. He cooked us a great breakfast every morning of our stay and went above and beyond for our group. Highly recommend!

Satoshi san is really helpful and responsible, also the staff will help you as much as they can. They also got the free shuttle service only for fews destinations.

This 1-star villa offers free shuttle service and luggage storage space. The villa offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. I have nothing to complain about this house. It was the best decision ever. Even though the location of the house was far from town but my family and I love the house so much. They also provide van shuttle to Kawaguchiko station.

Property is located quite near to many places like Happo One, Lake Aoki, oide park and many more. So was very convenient to visit any place. Also there is Big Aeon shop at 5 min drive, A dining place GUSTO opp to Aeon shop. The property has ample qty of cutlery and utensils so that we can even cook whatever we needed.
