From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Everything was spotless, and the private bath was beautifully designed and so relaxing after a day on the slopes. Akira and his team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, always making sure we had everything we needed. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location is ideal—just minutes from the ski slopes and close to lovely bars and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Akira and the team.

At the chalet complex, certain units are equipped with a coffee machine and wine or champagne. Fantastic customer service. They helped us with local transportation and answered all of our questions. The property is perfect with its cleanliness and premium furniture.

The owner was extremely friendly. The dinner was amazing. I was definitely worth coming here for the food. It was raining when we arrived but the next day it was beautiful. The pension was located in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

The accommodation has a spa bath. Papa was so lovely. It was a beautiful traditional guest house. I had breakfast too and it was lovely. I also really appreciated lifts too and from ski school and to the train station. It was honestly such a beautiful stay and I will be back. For any solo travellers, it was a very family vibe and I felt very welcome. Thank you Papa!

Offering ski-to-door access and ski storage space, Belle Vue Nishiura is located in Minami Uonuma in the Niigata Region, a 3-minute walk from Ishiuchi-Maruyama Ski Resort. The property offers a free shuttle service. Free private parking is available on site. The owner was the kindest person I have ever met. We went to this hotel with a small group of friends as we were participating in a spartan race taking place in the vicinity. The owner offered to give us a free shuttle service to go from the Echigo yuzawa station to the hotel upon arrival (for both groups that arrived at a different time), as well as from the hotel to the spartan race location and back the next day. He also allowed us to come back to the hotel to have a shower after the race, after our check-out time and free of charge. He finally also gave a ride to the station again. This was a life saver given the state we were in after the race. This is probably the best service I've ever seen in my life. The room was a nice Japanese style room for 3 people, with shared bathrooms for the floor, but there are enough stalls that this is absolutely not a problem. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a cozy little room and just to meet the amazing person the owner is.

Villa Orange Cabin is set in the Fujikawaguchiko Onsen-kyo district of Fujikawaguchiko, 5 km from Lake Kawaguchi, 7.4 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 28 km from Mount Fuji. This 1-star villa offers free shuttle service and luggage storage space. The villa offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Location was great! It was a very comfortable place, the rooms were very spacious and the facilities were great. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and it was a great experience!

At Le Bocage – Hakuba Echoland Chalets, free shuttle services are provided to and from local supermarkets and Hakuba Station during the winter season. Ski storage is available at the reception house. Property is located quite near to many places like Happo One, Lake Aoki, oide park and many more. So was very convenient to visit any place. Also there is Big Aeon shop at 5 min drive, A dining place GUSTO opp to Aeon shop. The property has ample qty of cutlery and utensils so that we can even cook whatever we needed.

After a day of skiing or cycling, guests can relax in the shared lounge area. The staff accommodated us so well, and went above and beyond our expectations with letting us check in early.
