Guests at the lodge can enjoy a continental breakfast. Everything was impeccable and the spaces are all very cozy. The private bath was a such a treat. We loved the views from the room and shared spaces as the house is next to the forest. Akira is an awesome host. Even though we stayed here during green (and rainy) season, he gave us lots of recommendations of things to do around the area. He speaks English fluently so communication was very easy. Can’t recommend enough!

There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. The chalet provides mountain views, a barbecue, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Beautiful accommodation with excellent facilities. Plenty of space and very comfortable for bigger groups or families. Concierge team started a whatsapp chat group a day prior to check in and were responsive throughout our stay with any questions we had.

The host is very friendly and provides adequate information before we arrived at the property. We select to have dinner at the property, and the food is high quality and very delicious. Location is in the quiet area with stunning view of the mountains. The fall foliage around the area is so beautiful.

Situated in Myoko, 31 km from Zenkoji Temple and 33 km from Nagano Station, Pension Moomin Papa features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a garden and a shared lounge. The accommodation has a spa bath. The Japanese senior couple managing the pension are genuinely the sweetest people we could have dreamed of. Moomin Papa picked us up at the station at arrival and dropped us off (super early in the morning) after checkout. He drove us and the other guests in the morning to the ski resorts nearby and was also willing to pick us up in the afternoon. He was also great at giving dinner recommendations. The pension is simple and welcoming, breakfast is great and all we needed for a full day on the slopes. The onsen is a bit old but we didn’t mind. If you have very long hair it could take a while to dry with the available hairdryer - just to keep in mind. Rooms are nice and warm and the beds are comfortable. WiFi works well. Overall I would say it was a beautiful stay, the hosts and their care in everything they did made the experience 100 times better. Highly recommend!

There is a private bathroom with bidet in every unit, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. Such a great place to stay at! Nice spacious room with comfortable beds, great common room to chill at night after a day on the slopes too. We really liked the freshly cooked breakfast every morning, simply delicious. A big thanks also for our host Mr. Chen for his wonderful hospitality, and a special thanks for driving back to the station to bring us the bag we forgot at the lodge, would not have made our train without him! Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone going to Hakuba.

Offering ski-to-door access and ski storage space, Belle Vue Nishiura is located in Minami Uonuma in the Niigata Region, a 3-minute walk from Ishiuchi-Maruyama Ski Resort. The property offers a free shuttle service. Free private parking is available on site. My friend and I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this hotel. It's a family establishment run by Satoshi and his wife, along with their two small children, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location can't be beat with a five minute walk to the Ishiuchi Maruyama gondola. Satoshi and his wife were incredibly kind hosts, providing me and my friend with pick-up from Echigo Yuzawa Station (multiple times since we arrived and departed at different times!) as well as transportation to Maiko Ski Resort. They also rented out snowboarding gear and provided breakfast for extremely reasonable prices. I would recommend this place 10 times out of 10 and have every intention of returning myself in the near future.　サトシさん、誠にありがとうございます！

Villa Orange Cabin is set in the Fujikawaguchiko Onsen-kyo district of Fujikawaguchiko, 5 km from Lake Kawaguchi, 7.4 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 28 km from Mount Fuji. This 1-star villa offers free shuttle service and luggage storage space. The villa offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Location was great! It was a very comfortable place, the rooms were very spacious and the facilities were great. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and it was a great experience!

I had a very pleasant stay at Sakka Sanso. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Both meals were excellent—the breakfast was healthy and filling, while the dinner was delicious and satisfying. The bathroom features an onsen, providing a relaxing soak after a refreshing shower. They also provided convenient transportation to and from the station, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hakuba.

At Le Bocage – Hakuba Echoland Chalets, free shuttle services are provided to and from local supermarkets and Hakuba Station during the winter season. Ski storage is available at the reception house. We had a great few days staying in the chalet. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located to access various hikes/trailheads, restaurants, supermarkets and other sites. The two bathrooms (one on each floor) were handy and we loved having the washer/dryer. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, including oil, salt and pepper. The fridge/freezer was large. We liked the keyless entry system. Finally, staff were very responsive and helped us ship our luggage with Yamato to our next destination.

After a day of skiing or cycling, guests can relax in the shared lounge area. I loved everything here. Usually lodge has only Japanese futon in tatami room but we slept comfortably in bed. Breakfast was tasty and hospitality was incredible. They also have sauna 😍
