The campsite is good and the kind owner gave us a room upgrade as soon as we arrived and we could sleep in the "tent". The room was very clean and spacious and the view was truly amazing. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and the typical dinner with meat and vegetables cooked under the sand was truly delicious and impressive. The desert tour organized by the staff, offering different options and different durations, was really fantastic

Incredible location, pictures won’t ever do it justice.
The chef is a very talented and sweet boy who always takes care of us and makes the best baklava ever.
Both brothers were sweet and helpful at all times and shared really amazing parts of their culture with us (they even prepared fireworks as a surprise for new years).
PRO TIP:
If you want to take the keep your - we recommend the full day one, because the shorter ones (like 4h) take you only to the main attractions, so the 10h can take you to lesser visited places and in low season you can have incredible locations for yourself. Also you get to see an amazing sunset at the desert.
PRO TIP #2:
If possible, stay more than one night, there is a lot to see.

The camp staff is AMAZING. Osama was the most supportive, he called to schedule and facilitate our arrival to the camp and upgraded our room free of charge. He coordinated a mix of day trip and amazing stargazing night in the desert away from the light pollution (recomeneded trip).
The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good with available chicken Zarb, meat Zarb, and vigiterian options.
The camp is family friendly and the location is accessible by small cars with safe car parking. The pool in the middle of the desert is a plus, especially during morning and after noon hours.
In the last day, I asked about the checkout time, they replied by offering flexible late checkout along with the option of having another room to rest till the end of the day!
Camp Ali team is very generous and welcoming. They reflected the Jordanian heritage and culture.

The staff were very kind and accommodating.. The local shuttle service provided free by the hotel was excellent and saved us a lot of money and time.
The location of course cannot be beaten. Off in the desert in the shadow of the rocks. We were upgraded to a bubble dome room which is a unique experience (and made the price exceptional). There were many helpful staff starting with Hamza who was charming and wanted to satisfy our every need. He arranged for the jeep tour (4 hours) and camel ride in the desert. The evening meal (15 JD) was huge and tasty, the breakfast generous, and there are always drinks available. The shuttling from the road worked well. Not to be forgotten!
By far best experience in the desert. There is a reason why this camp has high ratings. We stayed in the yellow cabin and it was beautiful! The staff were so friendly and open to conversations and it was so wholesome. We took part in all activities, 8 hour jeep tour and hike, star gazing, camel riding even sand boarding Highly highly recommend this camp, no fault in our eyes :) can’t wait to go back
