This is an experience devised by intelligent people from before the check in to the check out, which is rare. Technology is used to help guests having a smooth stay instead of only adding unnecessary forms and controls. The guest service is very fast and warm in their interactions. The place is spotless and well thought of in terms of architecture and smart use of the space. Everything works. Wonderful and our kids are demanding us to come back as soon as possible! Christina is a wonderful and helpful host! The apartment was nicely decorated, cosy and very clean. It definitely passes the "white glove test" :) All facilities and equipment are in good condition. Most of the electrical sockets are the "type L" ones, but there are some adapters to type F plugs. So we did not have a problem plugging in our phone chargers. The wifi network works great and there is a smart TV in the room. Access to YouTube on the large screen brightened our day when the weather broke! There is plenty of space for parking the car in front of the Chalet Pradat. A stroll to the Arabba centre takes around 10 minutes, which is perfect for us. We recommend staying in the Chalet Pradat without hesitation!
