Exceptional staff. We checked out early for a sunrise hike and didn't manage to join for breakfast, but the staff went above and beyond to prepare a scrumptious takeaway breakfast for us which amazed us. Room was cozy and spacious & had all the necessities that a hotel provides. Would definitely come back again if I have the chance. Dinner at the restaurant was also great, they served delicious food with plating on par with fine dining restaurants at an affordable price.

Everything was excellent but I would like to highlight the staff. They were really thoughtful and kind.

As a family of 3 with a small child, we had a fantastic stay at this accommodation: Location: perfection - directly on one of the central streets, 10-15 min walk to train station (this is where buses from the airport also come making it a very short journey from the airport) and super short walk of 10 minutes to the Arena and other attractions. Just in the same building a fantastic Italian restaurant (Osteria agli Angeli) and tons of restaurants and cafes in close proximity. Great facilities: a very modern newly refurbished flat with interesting features. It has a dining/kitchen zone and a bedroom. Bed is very comfortable, great linens/ blankets and towels. Modern shower with great water pressure and steady supply of hot water. Overall everything is new and seems to be designer made, for instance the fitted wardrobes. Impressive c 5 meter ceilings, beautiful lights all around the flat as well as lots of natural light through the windows. The flat is on the ground floor, overlooking a sun lit inner courtyard- very quiet and safe. Fantastic hosts: very friendly host Serena and her husband who made the check in smooth and quick. The flat also includes lots of consumables that make the stay very comfortable - the hosts seem to have thought of everything - ie shower essentials, some food (cookies/ teas), salt/ olive oil etc. There is a fully equipped kitchen in case you need to cook. Breakfast: the accommodation comes with breakfast vouchers at a cafe nearby (Ostinati) - nice touch. We enjoyed their pistachio croissants for breakfast. Considering all of the above, it was a fantastic value for money.
