Matteo was an excellent host. There was great communication before our arrival as well as during our stay. The apartment is very well located, close to the Campo di Marte station and walkable to the historic city centre, in a safe neighbourhood. The interiors were fantastic and the flat itself was very spacious, easily able to accommodate around 6-7 people. There are 2 principal bedrooms and 2 more smaller bedrooms in the basement. There was a charming garden as well. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and we had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Matteo gave us some restaurant suggestions too, and left some guidebooks in the apartment to help us plan our stay in Florence. Would definitely recommend that you stay here! Thank you Matteo 😸😸

Just a wonderful and enthusiastic host.

Bernardo and his wife are truly lovely hosts, offering plenty of tips on places to visit and local food to try. The location is perfect — close to many beautiful beaches, from soft sandy ones like the Miracle Beach to rocky coves with breathtaking views such as Bagno delle Donne. There are also charming villages to explore and historical gems like Pitigliano nearby. For shopping, Grosseto is within easy reach. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return!
