The pool, though quite cold even during the Summer, is simply spectacular, overlooking the valley and the vineyard. The room was really comfortable, with a great view. But I would say the absolute best thing was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to help us with every single thing, from booking e-bikes (which we even asked them to cancel and return, because of bad weather), to helping us with finding the best restaurants. They even helped us with shopping for cheese :) I couldn’t recommend this enough.

Great location located near to all the main attraction, the property is on the ground floor, in case you have big suitcase, you don't have to worry of carrying the suitcase climbing up with the staircase. It is a quiet yet convenient location and the place is safe too. The AC and the wifi works perfectly which is another bonus point for the property. Bear in mind this property is a loft and it doesn't have any window but it don't really bother us so much.

Just a wonderful and enthusiastic host.

Exceptional value for money. This apartment is relatively basic but it very clean and has everything you need. We only stayed a couple of days to make some hiking, and we didn't use the kitchen very much - but it's quite good enough for a self catering holiday. The Albergo practically next door has good food and wine and also the pizzeria 300m up the road was excellent (pana cottta chocolata is to die for!) Peaceful & quiet village about 10 minutes drive to Abetone. We found everyone very friendly and kind.
