There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Our experience was just great, it exceeded our expectations. We were supposed to stay just one night but at the end we stayed three. The host was amazing, suggesting great restaurants / places to visit in the area and being available any time we needed. We will surely come back.

Excellent location - just round the corner to colorful Ballaro Market, 5 minute walk to shopping and food streets around, 10 minute walk to all major attractions, such as Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral and so on. The apartment very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. Clean, fresh and well kept. You can see from the very first moment that the hosts treat it with love and care. The contact with the host - Cinzia was also very nice and smooth. We were touched by her flexibility and kindness and letting us stay until late afternoon since we had a night flight. The place is also very well communicated - you can easily take a train from the airport (tip: leave at Palazzo Reale-Orleans station and you have a 5 minute walk to the apartment). If you want a great stay in the center of Palermo, seek no more, this is a place for you :)

The nearest airport is Catania Fontanarossa, 31 km from At Armando's Home, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Armando is a nice man, he met us and explained everything about the trip to Mt. Etna. The next morning he came to prepare a nice breakfast for us and we enjoyed the view from the balcony in the dining room. The house is very big, we had 2 rooms, 2 baths and the kitchen for our family of 5 people. Inside the rooms there was a heater to warm the air, tea and coffee, even slippers.
