+ excellent location in the old housing development in the heart of Riomaggiore and yet not directly in the main street (you can actually feel and hear the town's noise when the windows are open but you can suppress it completely when the windows are closed if you wish for the night for example) + magnificent views + reasonable price (value for money) + air-condition (although we did not need it that often but it can come in handy from time to time) + equipped kitchenette (including fridge) with some basic ingredients such as coffee, tea and olive oil

The location was difficult for us. We are in our late 70s. So could not arrive via the stairs and we had trouble finding g the alternate route.

The house is beautifully decorated Italian house. It was a real home from home and it had everything you need there. Stefano is a wonderful host who is very kind and thoughtful. The views were amazing. We would stay there again.

The house was really comfortable and the host was very helpful. Everything was organised well . Parking was big enough and there was space for a lot of cars. Host was available for late checkin.
