He has a booklet with instructions to help visitors, left some gifts and food when you arrive. He was really supportive. Besides, the apartment is new and super comfortable. There is a train station very close to the apartment that has connections with the metro line therefore you can arrive in any place in 20 or 30 mins.

Lovely apartment in a local quiet and clean neighborhood with delicious restaurants nearby. We were visiting the LDS temple and our host gave great directions to help facilitate to and from Termini and the temple and even the cruise port for departure.
