I chose this rental as we were going to do day trips and the location was perfect for that. Also the price, very attractive compared to many others i checked. The cabin is not massive but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It is located off the main road so absolutely no noise or light pollution, when looking out over the fields from the terrace you feel almost lost in the landscape. However it's still close to Selfoss where you can find restaurants, shops and bakeries.
