Location, Friendly staff and good service. Also they have shuttle service for Golden Temple. They should increase the service thrice or four times a day instead of two times.

The property is well cleaned and maintained. Jasbir the chauffeur of the Shuttle bus service for Golden Temple is a nice and humble person. He is also calm and always ready to help.

The staff were very polite, well informed about the places. Rooms are clean and there isn't much noise. The views are excellent. They have a free shuttle from the hotel to the Golden Temple, which is a very big bonus.

Superior bed linen. Comfortable bathroom, though the shower door did not shut properly. Common areas very attractive.
