There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. We had such an amazing time here. Raja Ampat is one of the most expensive areas to stay in Indonesia. Tabari was great value for your money.The yummy french/Indonesia cuisine was such a nice change from other places we have stayed in Indonesia. Bridget and her staff were so friendly and looked after us so well. There are only 6 rooms which were lovely.Having no air conditioning was no problem as there was always a lovely breeze. Diving was exceptional and the house reef was healthy. Highly recommend this place and would love to go stay again.

Continental and Asian breakfast options are available at the lodge. This was one of our favourite places to stay anywhere! There were so many reasons why: 1. Rashid and Eka, the owners, were amazing hosts. We quickly felt like we were part of the family. Rashid is passionate about Raja Ampat's underwater life and took us on amazing tours. We saw such incredible sights. 2. The bungalows are located on a spectacular reef. You can see so much by snorkelling directly from your bungalow steps. 3. The staff were wonderful! (And great karaoke singers!) 4. There are only three bungalows so far and all the guests eat together for lunch and dinner. We got to know wonderful people from around the world. 5. We spent a week here and a week at a much more expensive resort and this one came out tops for value by far. 6. A village is nearby which was really interesting to visit. 7. Note that the location near mangroves is a positive. We experienced no significant insect issues here and the mangroves harboured amazing fish life.

If you would like to discover the area, hiking, fishing and snorkelling are possible in the surroundings. Methos Homestay was our third and final stop in Raja Ampat and was really great! The rooms are beautiful, with a large deck area in front, and the food was delicious. Snorkelling on the house reef is excellent, and it's also easy to arrange diving with another homestay close by. There's also a great little village close by where you can go for a walk and also buy cold beer and snacks. We had a really great time here!

Manta Ridge and Cape Kri are only a short boat ride away. The resort is a 20-minute walk away from the nearest village. The food was very good, the staff were excellent and very helpful any time we needed assistance. Several times they went out of their way to help us. The house reef was fantastic and snorkeling here was definitely a big highpoint of our visit. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone traveling to this area.
