Sam is a gem!! Very friendly, nice, pleasant. The room we booked had a small technical issue and Sam immediately tried to sort it out but at the same time, he said for us to be able to enjoy our holiday and to relax he upgraded us to a bigger chalet. We were offered a bottle of wine on the arrival day and wood for the fireplace. Even after we left, because it was very early morning hours (like 5 in the morning), we left the key in the room and leave, he called to ask if everything was ok with the room etc. The location is perfect and with a good distance from Parnassos and Arahova. The whole resort is a beautiful made resort. I think the place deserves a nice restaurant, not only for people staying at the resort but for visitors ine general, because it is so beautiful and within the forest.

I must express that the location is exceptional—serene, tranquil, and devoid of noise, offering a breathtaking view. It is private, with no nearby houses, only other apartments within the same complex. The chalet is fully equipped, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, providing an abundance of comfort. Both bathrooms are well-maintained and spotless. The outdoor porch is charming, with a roof that provides shelter from the rain. The overall experience was truly delightful. The host was exceedingly gracious, providing us with all the necessary information to ensure a pleasant stay. The chalet, the setting, and the surrounding environment are truly worthwhile. It is certainly an experience worth repeating.

It is very nicely decorated, reflecting the local community characteristics. It's immaculate, warm and cosy.
It’s easily accessible and has a big parking area.
The host went above and beyond to accommodate any of our requests.

The location was in a quiet easy to access place but near the main road. They had the fireplace ready to fire it up. Everything was as described and the instructions were clear to get in. Very cozy and warm, we will definitely come back.

The chalet is very beautiful and very clean. The decoration is amazing. Everything inside were working properly. We enjoyed to the max our stay.

Good sitting room and kitchen on ground floor plus bathroom and shower. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need. Complimentary goodies on arrival. Good free parking. Good patio/balcony with furniture to sit outside.
