I love how intimate the facility was, it’s private and calm

The accommodation is in a secure gated community. The house is very clean and has all the home facilities required. The area is very quiet and relaxing. We also appreciated the personal customer service e.g. the host messaging us to make sure we were ok and made themselves available at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. A truly friendly service!

Excellent Stay at Bays Accra City Luxury Lodge The Signature Apartments I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Bays Accra City Luxury Lodge, located within The Signature Apartments. The entire apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-designed from the spacious living room and kitchen to the comfortable bedroom and spotless bathroom. Peaceful & Comfortable Environment It’s one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I’ve stayed, not just in Ghana, but compared to my experiences in Europe and the USA. Everything felt welcoming and calm, making it ideal for rest or work. Friendly & Helpful Staff The staff were incredibly kind and supportive throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality made a big difference. Great Location The apartment is in a good area, with restaurants nearby and easy access to the airport, very convenient for travellers. Seeing Is Believing If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and well-managed place to stay in Accra, I highly recommend this apartment. Come and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely visit again!

The staff, the location and the cleanliness of the place. Fast WiFi. And very easy to access the city .

The place is great! Staff are nice and helpful. Spacious yard, it's home away from home but with helpers around..... I loved it, I'd come again. The location is great for me, because I can take bolt, bus or taxi to anywhere, there's a supermarket called shoprite 2mins or less walk from the lodge, using the backway that receptionist showed me. If your Internet is not working correctly, ask them. They have several connections depending on which side you are in the lodge. In fact I had personal troubles that they staff helped me solve while I was there. So I am generally grateful to them for their services. If you encounter anything within or outside, talk to them. They are willing to help.

I will recommend to anyone I had a nice experience and with their drop off and pick up from the airport is a bonus.

Nice comfortable queen size bed, air conditioning, fridge in room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is managed by a scammer and a liar. He lied that the electricity was topped up with 200 cedis. Then when the electricity ran out I paid to top it up three times only to find out he pocketed the money and didn’t put it on the meter at all. I was able to confront him and view the meter myself which confirmed my suspicions. He was also very unprofessional and flirtatious. If you were to charge for electricity that’s fine but it should be written in the booking. It was a ploy to take advantage of a young foreign woman they thought would be naive not knowing I had family around to confirm the suspicions I had. I also called to complain and the booking manager was coming up with a contradictory story in a panic. Saying he would get me a receipt even though the housing manager told me there were no receipts. Both are liars. I didn’t use the appliances like the AC, blender, washing machine and stove at first in case that took electricity which doesn’t seem fair if others in the compound are using them. Then I started to use it freely after realising they were scamming and lo and behold the light never ran out after that. Poor plumbing at times kitchen sink and bathroom sink the water first runs brown before running clear. Toilet doesn’t flush at times. Shower was fine after the first day. Pros: Nicely simply decorated apartment. Private, Free Wi-Fi. Area is quite simple and safe to navigate, although some taxis (bolt/uber). will refuse to come to the area if you’re coming back from central Accra. I liked that there’s a small balcony, and the apartment is well furnished with pots and pans, blender. And the mosquito nets seem to be fitted well I rarely got bitten.
