Warm welcome. Some very nice touches left in the property. Like Tea and milk. Shower bits, sweets, and some soft drinks . Property very warm, even with the wind howling outside.

Staff great very friendly upon arrival and check in, helpful, and took the time to make us welcome Location great, loved the deck off the room to the lake very relaxing and an added bonus, the room was larger than normal, room to move around. Chef was exceptional, so friendly, and took time to chat with us . Meals were superb, and breakfast was a great bonus, and so yummy Was fun to use Alexia, I had not used it before.. The location , the comfortable bed and room. The self service and preparation breakfast,plentiful choice. Maureen and Theresa very helpful and pleasant. Excellent value for money very clean daily room service. Loved it. Due to flight delays arrived at almost 1am but welcomed in.
