We had an absolutely amazing stay at Chalet Torralba in San Antonio, Ibiza! From the moment we made our reservation until the day we left, the host was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive — everything felt smooth and welcoming from the start. We were a group of 6 and the house was just perfect for us. It was very clean, and the staff came regularly to clean and even replaced the pool towels, which was a nice touch. The pool is extraordinary — clean, private, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location is fantastic: just a short walk to restaurants, Lidl supermarket, and within 25 minutes by car to some of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches like Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella, and Cala Comte. The house is well equipped with AC in all rooms, two sets of keys, a lovely private yard, and everything else you might need. It’s ideal for families with children or for a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy the island. We especially appreciated the warm welcome, the thoughtful treats, and the surprise bottle of Prosecco — such a nice gesture! 🥂 We will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and for making our holiday so special!

Comfortable clean rooms with aircon very near to a lovely beach. The staff were very friendly. The shutters are amazing they kept out the sun and most noise if you need to sleep in. The kitchenette was small but totally functional - I cooked twice a day. More of a family location, but the parking across the road makes it ideal for folks who will spend some days or nights exploring the Island.

The hotel is so quirky but beautiful, we were on our honeymoon and the staff really went out of their way to make our stay extra special! The shuttle service into the town was so useful and it’s a treat to have a pool in the middle of the old town.

Absolutely stunning location and nice sized (though a little dated) apartment for 2 adults, the receptionist was lovely and the bonus use of showers after check out was a great feature. Shutters in the bedroom meant that the room stayed nice and dark, so a bonus if you're hoping to catching up on some sleep whilst away and are easily disturbed by light like myself.

Breakfast was amazing, huge menu and you could order whatever you wanted and there didnt seem to be an end time so you had loads of flexibility. Room was huge and gorgeous with every possible detail having been considered (including things like extra towels, clothes rails, sockets, lighting, shutters on the windows, welcome drink and fruit, magazines, cosmetics etc etc etc)! Service was second to none. I will miss the lovely Ulrika who made our stay even more special.

Front desk staff was super lovely! Especially Alba, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional and was very friendly. Breakfast was very good but make sure you’re there by 10:30 because at 11:00 everything is taken away and shut down.
