Large rooms, living room, bathroom. The flat was new. Nice furniture. Big gas kitchen with 5 fires and oven, complete with all kitchen accessories mostly new. We found the flat very clean and everything was working well. Sometimes the connection was slow and the technician fixed everything. The TV was a 55" including and there was a set up box working with satellite and iptv with remote. The air conditioning was in every room and working well. The staff was extremely gentle and available to find solutions. The market was just 30 steps from the flat and full of any food, egyptian and european. The beach is free and long and just at a 4 minutes walk. There are palms for the shadow.

There are simply no words to convey what a truly special place & experience it was to stay at Beit Theresa; everything about it was magical. A must for your Dahab stay! The property itself has a beautiful story; the owners bought the land from - you guessed it, Theresa - who they say remains in their life like an aunt. The owners have kept Theresa's original home, which they live in themselves, and have since transformed the space surrounding that home into a relaxing, beautiful, magical, and beyond special space that's intimate, inviting, and unexpected. There are only 3 or 4 guest rooms on the property, each with their own charm. I stayed in the Treehouse; I'm biased but believe it to be the best with it's panoramic ocean views. However, I toured the others and they were all amazing. The property is directly on the beach, however you could almost miss it when you walk by as it's enclosed by a wall which protects from the wind during windy season and adds privacy. Within the walls, the property opens up to a beautiful garden, dining area, fire pit, hammock that lies directly beneath an opening in beautiful fragrant trees that allows for stargazing. The attention to every little detail was second to none! The owners feel very connected to nature - they shared this with me over a lovely fireplace conversation my first night - and wanted the property to reflect that connection. From beautiful hand-carved.. everything.. to the trees and flowers that enveloped the space, to the rock-surrounded small pool in the back. There is ample shaded areas to protect from the hot summer heat. BREAKFAST!! Holy - WOW - you MUST do the breakfast upgrades. Their chef wasn't only exceptional but delightful. I felt very badly because I needed to ask for breakfast to be prepared early for me due to my freediving training, which she did graciously in spite of it being Ramadan, when most will sleep in to make the fast easier.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walking to the beach, the chalet was very clean and equipped with all the homeware stuff you may need, the owner was so helpful and supportive, all facilities inside and outside were available and worked perfectly, the weather was so good and the beach as well, super market was available for quick delivery with reasonable price.
