The food was local and they adapted to our preferences (my partner is vegetarian), the cabins were comfortable, cozy and we felt at home. Keep in mind, that the meal-price is not included at booking.com

You sleep with all the animal sounds at night, it’s even more amazing when it rains but it gets really really loud at night, if you need a quiet place to sleep this is not it. I listen to animal and rainy sounds on spotify to fall asleep so it was easy for me. There will also be insects in the house (which I didn’t mind). The shower is spacious. Pilar is a very friendly and attentive host and will organize the tours for you. Just tell her what you want to do. Wifi works good.

They helped us organize the boat to get to Reserva and back to Leticia. We did several additional tours with them, exploring the Amazon jungle and the surroundings. They care deeply about local communities. Food was great, two of us were vegans and they adjusted all meals for us so it wasn't an issue. The non-vegan part of our group was also extremely pleased with food, especially with the fish, served in a variety of ways. It is a quiet place, you get to connect with other travelers. Totally the best way to explore the Amazon.
