Booked a room and unfortunately got a noisy neighbour. Management went out of their way to fix the situation and support us and turned the experience into an excellent stay.

Just the right mix of luxury and simplicity. Amazing view at the sunset through glass walls. The food basket in the morning was a very nice touch. The person at the reception was kind and helpful and very cool about my payment that wasn't going through. No TV (a projector is in the room in case you are addicted or want to watch a movie). One of the best accommodations I've stayed at in 30 years of international travel (including some very fancy ones).
