We accidentally left a water bottle on her car when she drove us to airport and she rushed to the airport and gave it back to us right before we were about to board - extremely helpful and we really appreciate the help!

We loved our visit at Kona Koa - the houses are roomy and comfy, with lots of privacy and tranquility. The owners are wonderful hosts and were helpful in finding us a tour guide, as well as booking restaurants and shows. We hope to be back someday!

Pickup and drop off at the airport was super easy and on time. The unit was a little rustic but spotless. Beds really comfy and good showers

Mataveri International Airport is 5 km from the property, and the property offers a free airport shuttle service. The property itself is excellent. However it desperately needs air con as u cook inside the pods. The fan was almost non existent in the brutal heat. The staff were excellent but u need translation as English is not spoken. Pick up and drop off to the airport was very welcome. If u want to be close to the action tho, it’s not for you. Half hour walk to town in the heat isn’t doable. You need a car or scooter. It’s off the beaten track. The pool is a bonus but if ur in Easter island surely u won’t be laying around a pool at any time

Ahu Tongariki is 19 km from the lodge, while Tahai is 2.3 km from the property. Mataveri International Airport is a few steps away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Everything was perfect, the room was clean and new, and very comfortable. Just a 5min walk from the airport (there's only a couple of flights per day, and only during daytime) and 15min from the main street. The shower was great, no issue with the wifi and Lanii our host took very good care of us. We would stay at the same place if we came back to Rapa Nui
