Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

We only stayed for one night, but we were very satisfied. It was very clean. The kitchen equipment was complete. The wooden room’s decoration was very nice. We wish we could have stayed longer.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. The view was to die for... and the host was super kind and attentive to our needs.She was just so lovely. The place was awesome. Great for families. We love to cook and the kitchen was great. Transportation in an out of town was great.
