It is just like in the photo, it has a very good location, and incredible views, everything is very clean and the customer service is very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

This stay is simply amazing. It is in between the mountains and has a beautiful view and beautiful surroundings. Simply loved it. The room are super clean and shared toilets are also kept in a very nice order. Restaurant offers good menu. Staff is very helpful and hospitable. I recommend this stay to everyone who wish to stay away from touristy area yet in a hidden gem of Switzerland.

We stayed in this chalet for two nights during our stay in Interlaken and it was for sure the best accommodation of our trip to Switzerland! It’s absolutely gorgeous, clean, modern yet retaining its rustic charm and walkable from at least two bus stops and several restaurants. To top it all off, the host, Tony, is a very warm and welcoming man. He was also very easy to reach via WhatsApp.

I love absolutely everything. We arrived after check-in hours and the staff made it so easy for us, so that when we arrived, we would have no problem at all. It is a nice country house, decorated with elegance with a large stylish room, where beds are so comfy and silence is your friend all day and night. It is thought for quality sleep and absolute rest, which is what I expect in all hotels but unfortunately, it is not always like that. Breakfast is so complete and varied; besides, it has quality food, which tastes so well when you have the Alps in front of you.

The authenticity of this chalet was amazing. It’s was warm and cosy and had amazing views; I was lucky enough to watch the sunrise above the mountains and it was magical! I didn’t bring the correct plug adaptor or phone charger but the hosts were so accommodating they were able to provide both. One night wasn’t long enough.

Consisting of 3 separate chalets, the CityChalet is located next to the Aare River, 300 metres from the centre of Interlaken.
