You're literally 10 feet away from the driftwood on the beach. There's multiple fire pits (the driftwood was great for firewood), we walked the gravel road multiple times to see the animals (turkeys, cows, ducks, rabbits, a llama, donkeys, goats, etc), the beach was nearly deserted and we were able to spot a group of seat otters in addition to plenty of deer, a small black bear, and plenty of bird life. It's secluded, peaceful, beautiful and comfy. We loved our 2 night July stay and will definitely be back.

The chalet features a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette comes with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge and there is a private bathroom with bathrobes and a hair dryer. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Absolutely everything about this cabin is perfect. It comes fully equipped with all the necessities for a getaway. The kitchen has all the essentials, and allowed us to prepare breakfast, refrigerate our perishables , and keep our beer ice cold. It is conveniently located about a 20 min drive from Parksville, a town that has a lot of cool activities to offer. The cabin has a large hot tub which was relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathroom offers a large enclosed shower with excellent pressure and hot water. High quality towels and linens were also much appreciated. Overall, this was an excellent 3 night stay in a very cozy and comfortable cabin.

Staff (John) was super friendly, full of information and made a mean breakfast!

Each room provides a view of the ocean. Private bathrooms offer free toiletries and included towels. A beautiful, beautiful location. There were a few other families there but it felt like we were the only ones - so much space and peace. And an absolutely lovely homemade breakfast.
