Comandante Armando Tola International Airport is 19 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. we really really enjoyed our stay at cabañas aluen. first of all i was in constant communication with matías who was helpful throughout. the cabaña was clean, spacious and comfortable. there was a kitchenette with everything we needed and a great selection of teas. the bathroom was also spacious with a great shower. the wifi worked like a dream. the location is slightly off centre from libertador but this was not a problem at all as there is a series of steps leading to the town centre. all in all it’s great value for money and i strongly recommend cabañas aluen.

It is located 100 metres from El Calafate’s main square, which features a viewpoint. Free private parking is provided. Paola is a very lovely host and made sure we had everything. The room was perfect for our needs: cozy, warm and quiet - we slept like angels. The room is also well equipped if you want to cook meals and has a wide window to appreciate the natural light from outside. It is very located in the main street (which is good because the tour can pick you up just in front of El Puente). It is also very close to all the busy area of restaurants and shops, but in a calm and quiet area of the same main street so you can truly rest well. Muchas gracias, Paola!

With large windows overlooking the lake, rooms at La Estela are very bright and spacious. They feature stylish wooden furnishing, heating and private bathroom. Everything was perfect. The view is stunning, the staff is incredible. I highly recommend going on a horse tour. Would come back 100%
