We had a wonderful stay at Buffelsdrift. The lodge was amazing and the staff were all very kind and helpful. The tents were comfortable and well equipped with fantastic views . We thouroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck and hearing the wildlife, it was an amazing experience overall! The food was excellent and the restaurant staff were so friendly and provided great service. We enjoyed the various activities, especially an experience we did with Eddie, he is a great Ranger, he is very knowledgeable and made the trip so memorable for us. We will definitely come back soon!

Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages.

The cabin we stayed in blew our mind. It was spacious and beautiful, with a most stunning balcony facing the green backyard and stream. The hosts were gracious and friendly; we felt completely welcome. Breakfast was outstanding; we enjoyed it on the lovely outdoor balcony of the main house. But the biggest surprise was when we stepped out of our cabin in the morning, we saw a man washing our car! We have never encountered a B&B which comes with a car-wash service! If we ever return to Oudtshoorn again, this will be the only place we will consider staying.

What a phantastic place., so quiet and peaceful ! Willem (I hope we spell your name right) is the best host you could imagine, thank you for your kindness. Breakfast and especially dinner are outstanding, what a brilliant chef ! All staff members are very friendly. And last but not least: They have the nicest little cat we have ever met :-) We would love to return.

Thabile Lodge is truly a special place. Nestled in the rural area of Oudtshoorn, it offers the perfect setting to relax by a beautiful pool while taking in the stunning mountain views. What stood out the most was the impeccable taste of the owners in decorating the space, creating a unique atmosphere and an incredibly pleasant experience. The staff was excellent, with prompt and thoughtful communication. It was my mother’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make her evening truly special. The dinner served on-site was absolutely delicious, and the spacious rooms, complete with powerful showers, added to the comfort. In summary, this was a unique and thoroughly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Thabile Lodge and look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future!

Beautiful setting, swimming pool, rooms were enormous and very comfortable. You could eat dinner there which after a long drive was fantastic great breakfast also. The staff were lovely too.
