The wilderness. Although off the beaten track, it was a much worthwhile visit with a little dirt road driving. The venue is outstanding. Beautiful and super-well kept with stunning dams to fish in. Great hosts!!!!

The cottage was amazing, very modern and fully equipped with everything you need, towels were nice and soft, I liked the personal touches with the lovely bath salts and the beautiful decor. The garden is amazing and very well maintained, I could spend days there, the little pond with the ducks in front of the cottage is so beautiful. I will definitely be back.

Easy to find. Staff were super helpful and friendly and thought of everything even to giving us an umbrella in case we walked from our room to the restaurant. Lovely fireplace, comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Nice touch was the coffee machine. The gardens are very well kept. Our view of the dam was exceptional, and it created a very tranquil atmosphere.

Matty and her son Julian are the kindest people you will ever meet. They greeted us upon arrival and immediately offered to help us with setting up some activities for the next day in Dullstroom. They recommended restaurants (which were great) and were just lovely. The cabin is exactly as pictured and was super cozy. We really enjoyed the tub after a long travel day. Would highly recommend staying here!

Ian and Sianny were the perfect hosts, we were immediately made to feel welcome. The cottage was comfortable and well appointed with lovely decor and art. The freshly baked muffins every morning were a special touch. The fishing was excellent with many rainbows and 3 browns. A special place and we are already looking forward to our next trip.

We enjoyed the space, the scenery and privacy. We enjoyed the cool evenings with the lit fireplaces. Listening to the calls of the animals at night and early in the morning is an immersive experience. The beauty and tranquility makes you feel like you are in another world. The contrast of dark clouds and mist looming over trout dams, green grass with buck and wildebeest grazing in the distance, creates a stunning and serene atmosphere. The house is well equipped and spacious. Everything is in working order with good water pressure in the showers, sufficient lighting and wifi access. We liked that our dogs could come with us. The staff are friendly and their service was excellent.

everything , the view was amazing , the staff's service was excellent . oom Tienie was really pleasant and is always keen to explain about the farm and the wild life on the farm. was really nice to fish among all the wild and horses roaming around you. me and my family really relaxed and will see you definitely soon well done !!!

The serenity, the isolation, the view and the amenities were incredible. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is it. The accommodation had everything you could need for a few days break. The shuttle is pricey but we’ll worth it if you don’t have a 4x4 as it is a difficult drive up for the cabin.
