The lodges are comfortable and very clean but more like a 3 star rather than 5. However, the full experience is way over 5 stars as the people and animals are phenomenal. The food was also of amazing quality with the only downside that you cannot choose what to eat, resulting in having the exact same main course two days in a row. But the highlight was the owner Jill and other staff members, all so very kind and helpful, that these things are totally unimportant! We got the opportunity to interact with the animals and that’s an experience that will be hard to top!

The food was amazing, the staff is very friendly Cosmos, the Ranger he is very friendly and a very accommodative. They took us to Bush Lodge to have dinner on our last night, It was my first time traveling to a bush lodge definitely going back because the whole of SA had a cold front so I need to go back when it hot and warm, loved everything! from their food to facilities and that warm fire place :-)
