We have been travelling for 10 months and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed in! As soon as we arrived, we decided to extend our stay by another night because we loved it so much. The apartment is huge and has everything we needed and more! It’s a joy to spend the day out hiking and knowing you have a place as cozy as this to return to. Lakin is absolutely lovely and gave us lots of tips for hikes and food, all of which proved to be amazing! The animals were another bonus. We were especially privileged to get a visit from the cat one morning. We will definitely stay here again when back in Drakensberg!
