A cozy hotel in the Old Town. The room is clean and bright, with everything you need, including a balcony. The windows overlook a quiet, peaceful, non-touristy street, while the Old Town is just a short walk away. A spacious and comfortable bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff who explained everything clearly and showed us where to go. Very tasty and filling breakfast made from fresh local products. 10 out of 10 — highly recommended.

The breakfasts were marvellous. Such a wide range of foods to cater for all. Loved the fresh fruit but also loved the local food too. It was really great having the shuttle saving money on Grab. I loved our room, so spacious and modern decor and fittings. The shower was amazing ! The view from our room stunning, of the pool and garden & handy to have the pool bar too. Dinner was also delicious. Thank you for a wonderful menu. Lastly big thanks to the staff who went over and beyond in helping us have an amazing holiday in Hoi An. And also massage team were simply amazing.What a b onus to be able to relax with a massage every day!!

A beautiful property with amazing hosts ….. amazing location in riverside front and walking beach distance Delicious breakfast was served prepared by host , they made sure we were comfortable all times , we had the villa all to ourselves… This is such an underrated place and a must stay if you are staying in Hoi an because the old town is just 10 min drive away

Love the experience and food! The ambiance was amazing! Very relaxing and calming away from the crowd and tourists. Loved the hammocks near the river.

Great place very close to the center with a great view. Beautiful ans stylish wooden construction with different levels, rooms are big with a balcony and sea view. Thuy and My were really super helpful and always available to guide us (or do on our behalf) re activities, motorbike renting, restaurant, etc. Super hosts! Only caveat: the room acoustic insulation is very low. Not a problem for us as we were with the family
