Warm welcoming from the staff. Always around to help or to chat. Rooms are comfortable and the facilities are good. Free coffee and tea as well as water available in the room. Breakfast is above expectation. Location is perfect: quiet and only a 5-10min walk to the old town We were very happy and would definitely come back

Fantastic resort on the edge of Hoi An in a beautiful lush garden. The complex consists of 2 parts on both sides of the road. The main part, the breakfast room and the spa are in the same place as the reception, and the Club part is located on the opposite side of the road with a lake and a separate pool. We were in the Club section, on the ground floor, the terrace of our room overlooked the pool, with a beautiful view, as if we were in paradise. The Club Suite room had a huge bed, desk, open bathroom with tub and shower and a terrace with two giant sunbeds like a couch. The staff was very nice, they fulfilled all our requests, they didn't say no to anything. In Hoi An, everything goes smoothly from the start, for example, you figure out that you rent a motorbike, the reception offers a place, you write to them on What's up and they deliver it to your home within 1 hour, they don't even ask for papers, they trust you. I recommend this accommodation to everyone who would like to relax in a peaceful environment, away from the noise of the city, next to rice terraces, among palm trees in a wonderful environment.

Stunning property with private pool ,20 mins from hoi an

Lovely, well equipped place to escape the busy old town, but still everything can be reached easily (by foot or bike). Super supportive staff always with a smile on the face - they helped us organizing airport transport for a reasonable price + stored our luggage during short trip to another place. We would recommend everyone visiting Hoi An to stay here.

Love the experience and food! The ambiance was amazing! Very relaxing and calming away from the crowd and tourists. Loved the hammocks near the river.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the view to the beach was great. The communication was easy thanks to the help of translator apps.
