The staff were absolutely wonderful. The bungalows were 10/10 in every way. They go the extra mile to make you feel at home. They help you with any concern you have, either with respect to the lodge, or any other travel related issues. They have made my trip to the Ha Giang loop 10 times better. The only negative is that every other place you stay at will be garbage compared to Sky Bay.

Beautiful homestay on the side of the mountain. We stayed in one of the cabins/bungalows and it had amazing views of the mountain. It was a little colder than we expected but the hostel supplied warm blankets and a mosquito net for sleeping, which was perfect. They also serve dinner here (family style-shared with other guests) and it was delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

Best resort experience, deserves a two night stay but one night was enough for us to cherish the place. The staff were very helpful especially the young lady vien who helped us with the route to reach ha giang even after checking out from their resort. She was constantly in touch through watsapp making sure that we were taking the right roads because the main roads shown in Google maps were under repair.

stayed in the dorm room here and absolutely loved the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The place is surrounded by fresh air and greenery, which made my stay feel really relaxing — a perfect escape from the noise and rush of the city. The dorm itself was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and soft lighting that made it easy to unwind. Each bed has its own curtain, so even in a shared room, you still have your own little private corner. The common area is also really nice, with plenty of space to sit, read, or just enjoy a cup of coffee in peace. The hosts were super kind and helpful, always making sure everyone felt at home. You can really tell they care about creating a warm, welcoming space for travelers
